Fesos: How Will It Stop RMT?

So here's a scenario:

A new player joins the game and wants to buy expert characters.

So instead of buying premium items such as mystery powders or enhancement boosters, he turns all his G-Points to fesos.

So let's say 70K Gpoints is 6m fesos.

And another player sells him his expert character. Let's say it's a fighter, 1.5 b vis.

How much is that in fesos?

And what will the seller of the expert character do with the fesos? Sell it for real money, right?

How much can he sell it? Surely it will be less than the G-Point to fesos rate.
