My friend just spent 50 chips to stat his elite elementalist.
He got no DR.
It's like gambling. Similar to a slot machine. You put in the chip, which is shaped like a coin, and then if you're lucky, you'll hit the jackpot with DR3.
Note to self: just buy armors and weapons that are already made to save you the stress and waste of spending chips and enhancement boosters. Of course, doing so would be expensive.
